Does this Final Fantasy Versus XIII Trailer contain an In-Game Cutscene?

Well, you guys must have probably watched this trailer a over a thousand times :P But I wanted to ask you something...

The first minute of this trailer is obviously CGI... But look at Stella's hair (That's her name, right? :P might be wrong...). Her hair is so detailed in the CGI cutscene (just like the character's hair in FFXIII during CGI cutscenes :P) ... Now look at Noctis' hair after minute 1:00 and Stella's hair from minute 1:30 onwards... it so less detailed than the obvious CGI cutscene part of the trailer... (just like in FFXIII, a lot of detail to hair on CGI cutscenes and way less detail on In-Game cutscenes)... so I think the part in which Noctis and Stella are talking is an In-Game cutscene :O which would mean that those are the In-Game Graphics of the game, right? :D

So... Is that part of the trailer an In-Game Cutscene? or am I wrong?

Because if it is then I know what to expect form Final Fantasy Versus XIII (at least in the graphics part of the game :D)

Versus XIII seems to be so awesome :D (from what I've seen from the trailers :D) and I like the fact that Yoko Shimomura is making the soundtrack :D she's not Nobuo Uematsu but she's pretty good (in my opinion =))... I loved the Parasite Eve SoundTrack :D.

And I'm really looking forward to the overhead world map and the Airship :D

I just hope it releases at the end of this year or March 2011 =) that would be great! ^_^
