I know that they have been having some major Alpha Test server issues. Some are saying that they are having a 2000+ ms lag right now. and it is taking longer to fix than expected.
So i'm going to spit ball it and say that they "might" release the date of release at TGS or slightly after for a early to late December release.
That or they are going to push it into Q1 2011. Which would suck, but I would rather they get things under control instead of pushing it out just to get it out.
