They could make two versions, Natal ME, cheap and unreliable, and Natal 2000, expensive, reliable (since its 4th service pack, obviously), but with less HW and SW support. Then, after two years, they'll unify the two version with Natal XP, that initially will be unreliable and buggy as hell, but with time it will become very reliable and supported. Only when Natal XP will be almost perfect, they'll retire it to release Natal Vista.
