If the PS3 does, indeed, have an 8-year lifespan... Doesn't the same apply there, Kwaad? Basically, you're praising PS3 for having a long lifespan, but bashing the GameCube for having an extended lifespan? I thought longevity was a good thing, wasn't it? Wait, no... it's bad when it applies to Nintendo.
