I hate reading these injuries etc. We as a nation are Fat! I am tired of people with frivilous lawsuits as well, remember the lady that sued(and won) Mcdonalds becasue her coffee was too hot, even though she slammed on her breaks and spilled it on herself. I can see more people falling in line with.sue nintendo, I am surprised people havent tried suing sony saying.the graphics were so real I was playing resistance and ooops....my bad I accidentaly mistook my gun for my controller. I am surprised no one has sued 7-11 fro their slurppees I can see it now.....the headline"BRAIN DAMAGE (gett the 411 on 7-11) A man is suing 7-11 claiming he got brain freeze while consuming, he was apparently driving down the road and ran a light and hit someone and both recieved minor injuries. Hmmm anyone want me to hit you in my car, real slow and blame it on 7-11 lol.....wait am i serious??? great the frivilous lawsuits are catchy!!!
