A few tips from me:
- Backtrack a bit and get your 3 characters to the role level crystals for a few of their roles
- Strip the good equipment off the three other members you don't use and put them on the 3 you will use
- Use shrouds before the battle (especially the one that gives you haste, can't remember it)
- As much as we all hate Hope he is a good medic, so if you use him and Lightning (if you don't use her no wonder you can't win) make a paradigm like combat clinic to heal quickly
- Don't forget to use your eidolons as a get out of jail free card when you're near death as they give you full health back when you resume battle
