As awesome as a remake would be, I don't really want one. In all honesty, these games all blew me away at the time of their release. On top of that, I already know how they'd all end. The big draw in an RPG isn't the tech, it's the story. Unless they change the story, there isn't much reason for them to pump all of their resources into remaking the games. And, if they do change the story, wouldn't you rather have a new game instead of a snazzier copy of an old game? No matter what they change, we wouldn't be satisfied, anyway.
-the only exception is Resident Evil for the Gamecube.
