Vivi was simply incredible.

That fact that you can FEEL his personality without him saying anything for hours on end is simply brilliant character design.

I'm not saying it's not brilliant. In fact, the way he sparked your imagination and feelings pretty much is... only knowing his backstory and seeing his actions and all.

But I'm much more attached to Yuna and the Tidus-Yuna story...

Here's how much I didn't care for the ending.

After seeing the ending I thought to myself:

"Wait, aren't I supposed to be feeling sad right now?"

Yuna's dull, Tidus's whiny, and they create the most awkward scenes in gaming when isolated.
