The single-mother scrapping together money to pay bills, the college student trying to pay tuition, the struggling working class, hell, I'd wager that over half of the American population that at some point dwindles into poverty because of some situational issues and can only resort to such jobs you deem unworthy of a 10% tip.

That's who fucking cares.  Waiters/waitresses make 2 something an hour.  Their jobs are reliant on tips!

If you can't empathize with people of that sort and feel you're entitled to only leave a quarter after you eat a $12 dish, then you're either a privileged asswipe, or haven't had to work for a damn thing in your life.
