Would little big planet even run on a 360? didnt it take like the nearly 40gigs of data , i mean yeah you could use multiple discs but what, if it was trying to load another level, where that content is on another disc and you had to swap for nearly every level depending what content was on what disc, unless you installed the 40 gigs it wouldn't work and how many people would give up 40gb for one game
