I think i know why these were cancelled. apparently it was hinorobu sakaguchi who announced these just after 'the spirits within' flopped. after that i think his voice in the company carried a lot less weight and he couldnt make the same decisions as before.
in my opinion its a good thing these werent remade back then... because i think they should be remade in about 5-6 years time, when sqaure have mastered the 'crystal tools' engine and can make there games really quickly with lower development costs. and not just 7, all 3. any thoughts on that???
