Sony CONFIDENT sales of PS3 to top 11 million by End of this fiscal year!!

Uh, their goal is to sell 11 million THIS YEAR. Not 11 million life time to date by the end of this year. In other words by March they expect to sell something like 14.5 million by the end of march.

THIS FISCAL year ends at 31th March 2008. By March they expect to SHIP 14,5 mln. and SELL 11 mln.

No... By 31st March 2008, they expect to have sold ~14.5 mln LTD.  This is comprised of 11 mln sold during THIS fiscal year in addition to the ~3.5 mln sold previously. 

Note: to Sony, Sold = Shipped to retailer.  How many times does this have to be repeated before it's understood??

So, who cares about 14,5 ? It`s only SOLD to consumer matters. Will whey ship those 14,5 or not, how this will effect gaming market?

Only 11 mln. matters. And most like they will reach their goal, Sony is returning to it`s domination.

Just don`t forget, they have to ship atleast 25 mln. by the end of 31 march 2009, to be succesful as ps2 was. =)
