How do you deal with disgruntled Halo 3 players who won't play Halo Reach?

Us 4 played Halo for 4 years now and having the clan of 4 for Reach would be key for those ranked team slayer matches. Losing 2 would have me and my other buddy have to go to matchmaking...and who knows what dorks we may have to play with. :P

Then wait for them to stop behaving poorly
