Huh, I'm confused, doesn't net neutrality just mean that all traffic is treated equal?  ie: no traffic shaping, throttling, etc of stuff like torrents?

net neutrality is like we access net now,we just pay ISP's and can access any istes.

 

if it is removed then we will have to pay subscription fee like we pay for TV channel,a group of 5-10 sites for $5 and then another group ofr $5 or a collection of 100 sites for 50$.

 

And yes torrents will be throtled or probably stopped.
