currently, you still have to pay to go to many certain porno sites i believe XD
like that.. kinda
plus what I heard was what was said below, is Youtube is expensive, (I think that was the main target), thus companies are trying to weasel their way out of allowing high bandwidth sites. However When the internet was first invented you payed for bandwitdth anyways by prodviders before the days of AOL and such. Long long time ago, before it was cool.Not saying this way is the way it should be though.
