One added thing...I think Sony needs to make a "bare-minimum" ps3 to make available with the bundle. By that I mean they should make (at least) 2 Move+PS3 bundles:

1) a regular ps3 with all the bells and whistles, and thus making it whatever high price it will inevitably have to be ($399+). BUT...

2) I think Sony would be very smart to - in order to make a bundle as cheap as possible to be competitive with the Wii's price - make another "bare minimum ps3" bundle that EXCLUDES expensive features such as wireless, a huge hard drive, and other things that can be treated as luxuries or even unneeded features. Then, like Microsoft (except hopefully much cheaper), make these things available as add-ons if anyone changes their mind at a later date and wants them.

I just now thought of this option, and although I wouldn't have really wanted Sony to do something like this "pre-Move", I think it is NECESSARY now if Sony wants success with the Move among people who don't already have a ps3 (bc the price will be too steep otherwise).

Think about it, many of the people who have bought a Wii are adults and even elderly ppl. How many soccer mom's (or old ppl) out there buying the Wii TRULY cared about the wireless capability of the machine (or the amount of HD space for that matter)? I think the average parent, when purchasing a system for their family or even for themself, has the intention of playing with their family and/or friends rather than online. And don't really foresee a need for a lot of storage space either.

It's like the foot-in-the-door approach. Sony needs to just first worry about getting a crapload of Move/ps3's in ppl's homes via an appealing LOW price ($249-299, optimally). THEN they can worry about accompanying additional needs. I think ppl will be much more willing to purchase Move/ps3 bundles this way, even if they actually still end up purchasing all the add-on bells and whistles later anyway.

What does anyone think about this? Agree? Disagree?
