Are you seriously trying to threaten other people by saying that they are breaking a rule and liable for being banned?  And for what, a simple and single joke that wasn't pointed at anybody.  If you keep doing this, you shouldnt be a part of this website.

No if I was going to do that I would have just warned him and not even made a post, but there are rules for a reason and if you can't follow them then you won't be a part of this website for long... see what I did there
