Probably none. Video game series often die for a reason and should never come back. Developers should be more creative and make new IPs instead of gravedigging old ones.
Other reasons:
The new game will probably suck.
Fans of the old game will be pissed.
Most people who play the new game will not have played the original so there is no reason for a series to be revived.
