I've been in situations like yours before. The only good thing you can do is learn from the experience and come back with an extremely strong resolve. If you spiral into depression and/or self-depreciating behavior, you'll only waste time and make things worse. So yeah, definitely perk up. Listen to some good music, get some snacks, and prepare yourself for what's next. And if there's nothing next, well...wait for an epiphany.
