Gay people obviously. The US is a long long way away from ever giving a gay guy a chance at the presidency. Nigger is more of a comedic word than an insult in modern society, where as gay and queer are still considered insults. People would be horrified if you called someone a nigger in a non ironic way, but you can easily get away with something some one is a queer or something is gay. Gay people don't even have equal rights in the US. It is not socially acceptable to discriminate against black people, it's still socially acceptable to say you think being gay is wrong and all gay people should just be straight. It's changing though, which is good.

Eh, I think a Gay guy could be president.

It's just not very likely statistically considering how much of a minority they are.

I think more Republicans and Democrats would rather vote for a gay person then a member of the opposite party.

What are the odds that between a gay republican candidate and any other republican candidate in existence, the republicans would pick the gay guy to run for president? Neither party would put forth an openly gay candidate to run, they wouldn't want to take the risk. I mean we can't even get gay civil unions in most of the US, what are the odds we'd have a first husband in the whitehouse with his husband the president?
