Fine by me. FIFA on the PC's been crap for years, just rehashed PS2 engine versions. If they can't be bothered, then I don't see why anybody else should give a toss. As usual, if there's a market for it then someone else will step in and fill the gap.
As for the thread's title- maybe in an isolated case; across the board, no.
