Hmmm. Digital Foundry seem to think technically, Alan Wake is right up there with GOW3 and UC2 on there full tech analysis.
Actually they pretty much state the opposite, technically and in terms of gameplay and general polish. They also expected more from its much hyped lighting.
Technically Uncharted 2 has no tearing at all unlike Alan Wake, is rendering in high definition unlike Alan Wake, sports better HDR, sports better animation, sports better lip-syncing, sports more polygons and much higher quality textures.
In addition Uncharted 2 tells a better story and sports better gameplay.
Everything stated above pretty much equally counts with regard to God of War 3 as well.
That's not to say Alan Wake isn't a good game and one of the best looking 360 games out there, but if you insist on comparing with the best...
