That's just grosse incompetence. They want to be relevant and... sell. So they make the news in what makes it sell. People are just stupid.
Conspiracies are simply to complicated for man to plan, handle or execute. Man is simply too incompetent. If people really knew how slow, inept and incompetent politics is, they would laugh.
