Saying the PS3 is more powerul than the 360 is saying that my graphic calculator is more powerful than your graphic calculator.

Hello? If you want a powerful piece of hardware, go PC. PS3's hardware isn't powerul in the slightest.

If I want a powerful graphic calculator (whatever that is) then it's handy to know which one(s) is(are) the most powerful isn't it? So "saying" PS3 is more powerful than 360 (assuming it's true) is fine and to some people who are interested in buying the most powerful console it would be quite useful information.

Arguing over it is where your graphic calculator analogy would come in handy. Please be sure to use it (in its modified "arguing over" form) in future next time an argument over which is the most powerful console ensues. Hopefully it will effectively diffuse the tension.

Of course you kind of killed off the high horse you came riding in on with your last sentence.
