I already told you. Either action you take, costs the developers money. Whatever else you come up is just some form of excuse or justification for your action, and I am quite sure every pirate has his. Just because you are complaining you can't sell it tells me that you do that very often. As such, you should have no problems downloading a pirated copy since it's the exact same effect on the developer.
