Please.  scrolling through menus take too long... pointing is faster.  I see it as this... would you just use the pc keyboard to scroll through options in windows or would you use a mouse.  I think if they gave it a try you would see but i know a lot of ppl just hate motion controls because of nintendo or some bullshit reason so it doesn't matter what i say...  i would love it.

I totally understand why people think that using pointer control would be ideal for RPGs and the like, but as a Wii owner who has used both schemes I just don't think it's the case at all (and don't get me wrong, I do think pointer control can be good for some things). The D-pad is more intuitive and more comfortable. I guarantee that during a 50 hour epic having to constantly point at everything would get annoying as hell. Surely subtle, intricate nuances of fingers and thumbs are quicker, easier and more intuitive and than big, heavy, clunky arm movements?
