Well, you could button Mash as King, and do a large number of Drop kicks and not much else.
Or you can practice as King and do an unblockable 80% damage combo. Then drop kick away.
Also, Heihachi for the win. There's only one good counter to a charging uppercut, and that's a very lucky low kick.
