I must say, watching how you do elections is pretty archaic. At least for Ohio.
99% of our ballots were cast electronically.
First results are in....8.3% swing in favor of the conservatives in one precinct (or whatever you call them over there):
2251 First result: Houghton & Sunderland South: Labour hold seat with 19,137 for Bridget Phillipson. Tories second with 8,147. Turnout of 55pc. Swing from Lab to Con of 8.4pc
