2 Extreme ways Sony can do things:
1) Cut dramatically the price of the PSPgo to 100$. That's the fair price. And cut the other model to 130$.
Offer many PSP games from PSN at great value to incentive PSPgo purchase.
2) Discontinue PSP, call it dead and start all over with PSP2, avoiding the mistakes they did with PSP such as stupidly high price point for a portable gaming device.
