I would expect a Conservative minority government, assuming they fail to get a majority. A formal deal with the Lib Dems is unlikely, although an informal arrangement is perfectly possible.

Thanks. That imbalance in the electoral system and boundary thingy, does it work both ways - now that consevratives will win, will they get unproportionate share of the seats? Or rather, does the system always benefit the party who gets the highest popular vote?

its been changed over time, generally the changes have benefited the governing party of the time.
