Well, specials and hordes spawn partially based on time, so since you need to move slower overall, yeah you'll encounter more. I have it on PC, but I won't have any time to play for a long while, partially because I'm just plain busy, but also because I'm addicted to HoN =P so the little gaming time I have is usually spent on that game. In about a month or so I might play more L4D2 again.
