You really need to stop trolling the beta.
Yes it has some serious problems (ungodly overpowered grenades, player movement feels a little slow and sluggish ect)
But its a freakin BETA!! Its not gonna be perfect. The exact reason why they have a beta is so people like you can voice your opinion. A lot of people were complaining about the Halo 3 beta too but it turned out to be one of the best multiplayer experiences ever made!
And i'm pretty much 99% sure that they will have some gametypes without any loadouts because thats what bungie does...cater to the players.
