Sega implemented no AA on PS3...and Xbox360.
Xbox360 hardware AUTOMATICALLY does 4xAA on every game and has no impact on the performance or GPU.

Considering that its a 10 dollar game which will probably generate less than a million dollars for sega on both platforms...I am not surprised they wouldn't bother much implementing any AA for either platform. They just fired 90% of their north American staff...they gots no spare manpower for this kind of stuff. lol
Like I said, the only reason that 360 has 4XAA is because it can be automatically turned on after the game is complete and not impact performance.
