"Yes,it was at that time".............................that time,we are in 2010 and PS2 is the most succesful.PS2 being so succesfull didn't help the PS3.

 

and no it doesn't make all the difference,even if Gamecube was a hit Wii would have still been without 3rd party cause Nintendo's fanbase and crowd is totally different.Also Nintendo likes to promote their products with their own line of games,thats why other publishers games aren't succesful
