Splinter Cell: Conviction and Mass Effect 2 are both tracking above their predecessors so I think it's more than a little premature for you to call them flops.
That's beside the point though because your entire list is cherry-picked. Do you really think that using NA only, 2010 only is a good way to make a broad point about X360 user purchasing trends?
There are plenty of games with no competitive multiplayer that have sold well on the 360 like Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, Fable 2, Bioshock, etc...
Given your post history I think this entire thread was created as flame-bait.
