I'm currently watching a live stream of the game and the dude finished ch2 within 2 hours -> http://de.justin.tv/ripper93#r=dV1UzGU~ - that guy isn't rushing through the game either, but he doesn't search every inch for pages/coffee and so on. I guess you are searching harder for the collectibles.
