Not sure if anyone commented on this yet or not, but they would never use liquid cooling on a home console. Liquid cooling requires you to change out the fluid at least once a year or so. Otherwise it can slowly evaporate/leak/get dirty and cause lots of problems. Unless they can guarantee a system where no fuild is contaminated and none escapes, it would be pointless, not to mention expensive.
It wouldn't even help with noise or anythin because the radiator for a liquid cooling setup still needs to cool the fluid with decent fans.
