@ OP: ...And this is why we have a beta! Just post at the Bungie forums and tell them what you think, post constructive feedbacks, send them messages, ask them to have modes without the loadouts, etc.
We have a power, as customers, to decide to buy the game or not if it doesn't satisfy what we're looking for. If you think Halo needs to be the same game all the time, go ahead, don't give them your money, but remember that there are still people out there who like the new features (there are some things that need tweaking to make the experience better though, this I'll admit).
