Yeah, point taken. It's that "different" word what threw me. If he'd said redesigned / shrunk or whatever the right techo lingo is for the slimming process then all would be well understood. Seems to me that Pachter might be pretty close on the pricing of an auto-bundled 360 slim + Natal. But then again it might be $50 less if MS are willing to take a small loss on each unit sold to drive early sales.

And BTW Pachter, Sony doesn't call it the Slim, only everyone else does. And likely everyone other than MS will call the size reduced 360 "Slim" too. Though I quite like "Diet 360" it has a much healthier ring to it.

The nail which stands up is the first to be hammered down. BTW, they could always call it the 'Cheap' as thats not been taken by any competing products. Xbox 360 Cheap!!! Yes! That works so well.
