Should I buy a PSP now or....

I'm interested in getting a PSP. I had a DS but got sick of it so sold it on. 

I have looked at PSP 3000 and PSP Go prices and they are well withing my range but.....

Should I spend 130+ on a PSP now or wait to see if sony announce a new PSP. I am willing to pay more and I do think Sony will release something new for christmas.

 

I would like you opinion on this, also, if you think I should buy a PSP 3000 or Go now, please give reason
