Jetpack to me seems to be a way to get an evade in of some sort, to higher ground, and also set yourself up to snipe. Also, I have a feeling that if you do it right, you will be able to do death from above.
In other note, the server has been SLOW to get started play. It felt like it was taking on Game Room levelness of delays.
