I use the jetpack only rarely. IMO it's the worst of all the abilities. Sprint is brilliant for capture the flag, guard the same, and stealth is great if you remember to walk slow. Jet pack just makes you a an enormous target, as everyone in the level sees you when you launch into the air and you ain't exactly moving at great bullet dodging speeds.
