actually thats happened to me twice in my 8 months with this set up. thanks for the advice.

HD 4350 cards tend to be passively cooled. So whilst your airflow may not be good enough for a passively cooled card, this doesn't reflect on your cases ability to support an actively fan cooled card, especially one which exhausts out the back of the case.
