Why do you think it's turning bad? Also Scotland will be far far far worse off if it devolves. There won't be anyone to pay for their University or medical fees...

i don't really know why its becoming so crap, but i am absolutely in no way suggesting that its anything to do with immigrants. i don't have enough information to know why, but the whole world is going mental.
