Yeah, "meh" is definitely the right word here. He only made a record breaking shot to kill two terrorists. No biggie. I do that every weekend.

Even though I was being sarcastic with my first two sentences, I don't really like making a sport of killing people, so no I don't think what he did with the best rifle money can buy is all that great. I'm not going to turn this into an off-topic debate, so I'm just gonna end this here.

Well, when you mix sarcasm with a kind of moral message, people can get confused. 

Just stop trying to downplay the accomplishment. It's pathetic. And there's nothing here that suggests that killing is being treated as a sport besides the concept of records, and that's not limited to sports.
