It  has hi-res textures but in terms of characters and eviroment complexity and animations it's pretty poor,also it doesn't run 60fps

Look at those arms and legs, looks almost like N64 model with better textures, all inside square shaped room.

Now let's see some Gamecube games.

Resident Evil 4

Metroid Prime 2

Rouge Squadron 3

There's no need to underline the hardwere differences beetween GC and XBO.... also all those games runs 60fps.
