yeah then again graphics are so much a personal taste.... I have a hard time with anything cell shading doesn't mean it's not good graphics.... it just gives me headache
now I don't care what reviews or players say.... the only real way to define best graphic in a measurable way is the resolution, the frame rate and then all the technical goodies like nbr of poly, anti aliasing, nbr of moving objects vs static ones etc.... cause you can make a tunnel game look awesome and then an open world look worst but technically be of higher quality.... i'd be more impressed with average looking game that is huge with a lot of average visual happening on screen than highly detail small environment....
we have tones of examples of games that actually look better but that are technically inferior than others....
