I think it goes like:

Buy a somehwat overpriced Sony-branded TV and get a "free" console which price pretty much gets compensated by the TV's price.

I'd only which that Sony, and Apple too, would sell their goods at most accessible prices. It's hard not to dazzle over a Vaio, but when you look at the price... damn...

Sincerely im not too sure if its overprice or the right price related to the product. I mean, in my business (home appliances), samsung is by far the cheapest brand as they are in most business areas. But still, they are overprice considering their product and service is really crappy. While the most expensive brand like Bosch or Miele (sells for 2 times samsung and 4 times samsung respectively), arent overprice if you take in consideration advantages and lifespan. We need to look at the wide picture, claiming they are overprice because they can offer a free PS3 (on which they will make profit when their new consumers will purchase accessories and games), or because they are a lot more expensive then LG or Samsung isnt enough to justify they are overprice. Im not saying their TVs arent overprice since I dont work in that business area and im no TV professional either. Just saying that we need to place things in relation and the picture is bigger and more complex than only the price.
