and scottie is meaning the same thing that they can develop for anyone.your earlier post meant that they would devlope for 360 for sure but no its their choice and just because they develop for 360 that they won't go exclusive anywhere else.
And when launching a new ip they would need hype and money protection so they could go.
Bungie are no Nomura or Valve or Kojima who just love a particular platform
