Shooting games that have snap on for guns?

Like where your close to the target and the game automatically moves your crosshairs onto the guy.

I was under the impression it was Auto-Aim, and in the case where the game is not suppose to do that ie hacks; it's Aim-Botting.

Do you have any links to it? I Couldnt find them
